紧凑型推拉式排种装置的设计与试验

摘    要:针对北方玉米播种垄作区内存在的一些狭小不规则地块,设计了一种可安装在手提式或脚踏式播种机上的紧凑型推拉式排钟装置,该装置由凸轮机构、排种嘴和固定支架组成。凸轮机构的轮缘推动排种嘴开合,凸轮凹槽带动推种装置,随着凸轮运动实现连续排种。固定支架将排种装置安装在手持式或脚踏式播种机上,实现操作者单人、半自动化播种。田间试验表明:手持式播种机单穴单粒播种率为90.4%,播种深度合格率为84.5%;脚踏式播种机单穴单粒播种率为93.8%,播种深度合格率为81.3%,单粒率和播种深度均满足玉米种植的农艺要求。

Abstract:To solve the problems of the North Ridge sowing maize area exists in Narrow or uneven of the special region , a Compact push pull type Seedmeter was designed .The device is composed of a cam mechanism , a discharge nozzle and a fixing device , Growers achieve semi-mechanized planting .The result of field tests showed that in Compact push pull type Seedmeter installed on Portable seeding machine and stampede -style maize seeder , The single hole single seed rate were 90.4% and 93.8%,,sowing depth qualified rate were 84.5%and 81.3%.The design of compact push pull type Seedmeter satisfied the agronomic requirements .
