摘    要:阐述了8DYP-315型电动圆形喷灌机的设计与研发,并通过安装在8DYP-315型电动圆形喷灌机上的远程数据监测系统、远程启停系统及调频控制系统,实现对圆形喷灌机运行状态及作物生长环境相关数据的实时监测与控制,保证喷灌机与实施地水源、土壤、气候、作物、地形及经济性等多方面因素的结合。同时,分析采集到的监测数据,掌握了地下水位变化、土壤不同土层含水率变化及喷灌机运转状况等影响作物生长的因素,改善了圆形喷灌机在信息化实时监控方面的不足,保障了圆形喷灌机示范工作的推进。

Abstract:The design and research of 8 DYP-315 type electric circular sprinkler were expounded in the paper .And based on the systems installed on the 8 DYP-315 type electric circular sprinkler such as remote data monitoring system , remote start-stop system and frequency modulation control system ,the real-time monitoring and controlling on the the re-lated data of the crop growth environment and the running stat of the sprinkler were supervised .And in this way , it could guarantee a combination of the sprinkler and factors that influence the crop growth such as ground water , soil , climate , crop , topography and economy .At the same time , by analyzing the monitoring data , the factors that influence the crop growth such as the changes of underground water level , the soil moisture content changes of the different layers and sprin-kler operation condition and so on were mastered .So that the circular sprinkler ’ insufficient in the aspect of information real-time monitoring can be improved ,and the further promotion of circular sprinkler demonstration will be ensured .
