便携机分离筒吸杂口偏置型清选装置的设计与试验

摘    要:清选系统是便携式谷物联合收获机的重要部分。为此,针对丘陵山区用的双行便携式谷物联合收获机,清选作业时吸杂风机转速过高的问题,对吸杂口偏置型分离筒进行了结构设计。通过自制的分离筒吸杂口偏置型清选装置试验台,对吸杂口的旋转角度与偏置距离进行试验研究,得到了小麦清选性能较好的旋转角度与偏置距离分别为30°和30mm,为便携式谷物联合收割机清选系统的设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Cleaning is an important part of the portable grain combine .For hilly combine harvest machine , with the doub-le line of portable grain cleaning operations , suction fan the problem of high speed , the suction off-centered inlet scoop type structure design was carried out on the inlet scoop .By homemade inlet scoop mouth offset type cleaning device test bench , to suck the rotation of the inlet scoop rotating angle and offset distance , experimental study of wheat cleaning per-formance is proved by rotating angle and offset distance of respectively 30 °, 30 mm.For portable grain combine harvester provides the reference for the design of cleaning system .
