| 摘 要： | 油罐基础下沉造成了油罐底底板焊缝断裂漏油，为解决此问题，从调查现场和地质资料入手，经分析，研究确定了处理方案，采用对油罐地板与地基之间的空隙充填浆料的方法进行了处理，从而加固和改善了油罐底板的受力状态，且取得良好的效果。详细介绍了对这次基础下沉的处理过程，以及所用的浆料，注浆方法和施工中的监测，并列举了实测数据，对今后分析和处理此类问题具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The bottom plate of tank stored oil product fractured caused by non-uniform settlement. Based on the geologic survey,a method to treat the settlement is adopted in order to improve the loaded condition of bottom plate;that is,grouting the void between the bottom plate and tank foundation. The treating process including grout,grouting method and construction monitoring are introduced. |
