水稻浸穗法直接导入外源DNA

摘    要:以5种外源DNA作供体,首次用浸穗法直接导入水稻,设置3种处理时间,研究了处理后第1代和第2代.结果表明:浸穗法向水稻导入外源DNA能引起广泛的性状变异,变异率达1.81%;外源DNA供体与受体间亲缘关系的远近影响变异率的高低;所试验的3种处理时间对变异率的影响不太明显.文中设计了水稻浸穗法导入DNA的操作技术,并对一些问题进行了讨论

Abstract:Ear soaking method was used to introduce five foreign DNAs into rice plants directly. Three different treating time were set on and the D 1, D 2 progenies were planted, observed and measured. The results showed as follows: wide variation in the traits of offsprings occured and the mutation rate could be as high as 1.81%; The mutation rate was affected by the evolutionary relationship between the recipient and the donors. And the treating time showed no obvious effect on the rate. The details of the technique were given and some questions were discussed in this paper.
