蝴蝶兰、月季新品种生理特性的初步研究

摘    要:在温室(棚室)条件下,采用LI-6400光合测定系统,以蝴蝶兰品种完善、月季的两个新品种红柏林和法国红为试材,测定光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、水分亏缺等重要的生理生态指标.结果表明:(1)叶面温度与气温变化具有一致性,但变化幅度在同种植物的不同品种间差异不大.(2)日均净光合速率表现为月季高于蝴蝶兰,红柏林高于法国红;光合速率和蒸腾速率的变化具有一致性.(3)红柏林的气孔导度日变化波动幅度比法国红大,蝴蝶兰的气孔导度日变化较为敏感.(4)同种植物在不同时期叶面水分亏缺不同;在同一时期不同品种亦有不相同.

Abstract:In the paper,Phalaenopsis amabilis and two new varieties of Rose chinese,Hongbolin and Faguohong were selected as study materials.The LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system was equipped to measure some important physiological and ecological indexes of the selected plants,such as net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatic conductivity,water deficiency and so on in the greenhouse.The result shows that variation trend of temperature of the leaves surface is similar to that of air temperature,and the range of vibrations is different between the species,but unapparent between the breeds;The data values from net photosynthetic rates of two new Rose chinese breeds are higher than that from Phalaenopsis amabilis,and between the two new breeds,the data value from Hongbolin is higher than that from Faguohong.The comparison of transpiration rate among the selected materials resembles to net photosynthetic rate;The dynamic diurnal variation of stomatic conductivity of Faguohong has smaller slope than that of Hongbolin,and the variation measured from Phalaenopsis amabilis is sensitive to the change of outer environment factors;In the different period,water deficiency of the same plant is different,and in the same period,water deficiency is also different between the different breeds.
