| 摘 要： | 文章分析了青海省三江源地区生态移民的类型、特点以及面临的困难与存在的问题。认为移民迁入地基础设施建设薄弱、城镇社会保障体系不健全、移民后续生产和产业发展缓慢、移民技能培训教育不足是三江源移民工程面临的主要问题与困难，并提出了相关建议和解决措施。

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on analysis of thpes., characteristics of the bio - relocation in the Three - river Source area of Qinghai province and difficulties confronted by them as well as the existing problems. The author thinks that the infrastructural facilities are so weak in the relocation area with incomplete social security system that the current production isnt sustainable, the industrial development becomes slow and vocational training is insufficient which have become the major problems facing this relocation project. Therefore, the relevant recommendations and solutions to address these problems are made accordingly. |
