桑树杂交组合花叶病发生情况的调查研究

摘    要:2005~2009年对广西蚕业科学研究院下属3个品种试验圃的桑树杂交组合进行连续5年的花叶病田间发病规律调查,结果表明:不同桑树杂交组合对花叶病的抗性有差异,其中以A2×9512、桂桑优62-B、C2×K1、A51×G3、A2×G30、A2×93133、A2×伦109、A2×94168、A2×9102等杂交组合的抗性较好;而同一杂交组合群体不同年份花叶病发病情况也有差异,随着树龄的增加,桑树杂交组合的发病率和病情指数呈逐年上升趋势。可见,桑树杂交组合对花叶病的抗性是遗传因素与环境因素共同作用的结果。因此,通过选育抗花叶病品种(或组合)、合理的人为干预能够有效地防治桑树花叶病。

Abstract:To investigate the patterns of mosaic disease occurrence,total 29 hybrid combinations of mulberry were planted in three experiment plots at Guangxi Academy of Sericultural Sciences during different years from 2005 to 2009.The results showed that the mosaic disease resistance of different hybrid combinations had significant difference,of which A2×9512,Guisangyou 62-B,C2×K1,A51×G3,A2×G30,A2×93133,A2×Lun109,A2×94168 and A2×9102 recorded strong resistance.Further,it was observed that hybrid combinations showing strong resistance to mosaic during one year may differ in resistance ability during the next year.Also,the incidence rate and disease index in mulberry hybrid combinations increased with increasing age of mulberry,which indicated that the mulberry resistant to mosaic disease was the synergistic function of both the genetic and environment factors.It may be concluded from the studies that the mosaic disease could be effectively controlled by breeding resistant variety(hybrid combination) and artificial interference.
