| 摘 要： | 本文以典型的农业气象灾害干旱、冷害等为例,讨论主要灾害性天气与农业气象灾害的发生规律及减灾技术,进而为农业减灾提供借鉴;本文运用资料分析法、对比法等研究方法,对我国的干旱、冷害等农业气象灾害的概念、类别、形成原因进行了详细分析,在此基础上论述了减少干旱、冷害等的具体措施。
