| 摘 要： | 随着农村地区胎儿侵权损害赔偿案件的增多,农村地区胎儿这一特殊对象的权利保护问题日益凸现。农村地区胎儿享有的权利是指生命权、身体权、健康权、继承权、名誉权等最基本的人格权。在此基础上探究农村地区胎儿权利受侵害的特点、类型及其保护对策。

| Abstract: | The rights of fetus in rural area become more important along with the high frequency about cases of fetus infracted in rural area.Fetus in rural area means the basic person rights such as right of life,right of body,right of health,right of inheritance and right of reputation etc.The character,classification and countermeasures of the invasion about the rights of fetus in rural area were discussed. |
