摘    要: 通过生态学野外调查方法和相关资料分析法对1981年、1991年和2012年四爪陆龟(Testudo horsfieldi)种群功能形体特征及异速生长模式进行了比较研究。结果显示,3个年份内四爪陆龟背甲长宽变异程度总体表现为雌性大于雄性且雌龟壳高具有高的变异系数,表明雌龟背甲长宽和壳高均具有较高的生态可塑性。3个年份间雌龟背甲长宽的比值均小于雄龟,雌龟在形体上表现出向宽、扁且圆变化的趋势。对四爪陆龟种群背甲长与体重,背甲长、背甲宽、壳高与腹甲长均呈幂函数正相关异速生长关系。研究表明,随时间梯度增加,四爪陆龟功能形体特征有显著差异,但生长模式依旧表现为低速异速生长。

Abstract:Through the field investigation and related inferences, we compared functional morphology characters and allometry models of three years (1981, 1991, 2012) about Testudo horsfieldi populations. The results shown that variation in width and length of T. horsfieldi carapace were greater for female than for male by those three years' comparison, and female had higher coefficient of variation than that of male, this indicated that shell height, width and length carapace of female T.horsfieldi had higher ecological plasticity. Within three years' comparison, the ratio of length and width in males' carapaces was bigger than that of females, the female had a trend to become wider, flat and round in shape. For the T.horsfieldi populations, carapace length and weight, carapace length, width and shell height with plastron length has a positive power function relationship. Studies concluded that as time went, there was a significant difference on shape characteristics in T.horfieldi, but growth patterns remained low allometry.
