摘    要:小麦秆锈、叶锈和白粉病是东北春麦区的小麦主要病害和抗病育种主攻对象.针对东北春麦区小麦生产品种对秆锈、叶锈和白粉病抗性现状,分析了小麦育种抗源利用中存在的问题;讨论了持久抗病育种的策略;提出了采用多样化二线抗源、滚动式加代回交转育、丰产及优质种质导人、多基因积累和多抗性合成五个环节紧密结合的高产、优质、多抗的育种方法,加速二线抗源的利用,促进抗源的多样化,提高品种抗病的持久性。

Abstract:Stem rust, leaf rust and powdery mildew are major diseases and ban attack objects of wheat resistance breding in Northeatern China area. According to current situation of resistance of wheat cultivars to stem rust, leafleaf rust and pwwdery mildew, problem in utilization of resistant sources in wheat beding were analysed, andstrategies of breeding for durability of disease resistance were discussed. Put forward 5-step method, including utilizationof diversified 2nd-line resistance, additive generation and rolling backcross, transfer of germ plasm of high yield andgood quality, pramiding of multiple genes and combination of resistance for several several diseases. It mightaccelerate utilization of 2nd-line resistance, promote diversify of resistant sources and raise durable resistance of cultivars.
