伏令夏橙砧木根系生理研究

摘    要:本试验研究了碱性土(pH=8)上枳、枳橙、红桔砧伏令夏橙(Citrus sinensis Osbeck)根系阳离子交换量、活力、单位重量体积及水分含量的差异。结果表明,枳砧根阳离子交换量季节变化呈双峰曲线,而枳橙砧呈单峰曲线,红桔砧间于二者之间;在根系第二次生长高峰时(6月)枳砧值显著低于红桔及枳橙砧的值(P<0.01)。3种砧木根系活力在7~8月均处于较高水平。根体积在生长后期(9~10日)高于生长前期,而根系含水量则为7~8月伏旱期高于其他月份。

Abstract:The cation exchange capacity(CEC),vitality,volume per unti weight and water (?)on- tent in the root systme of Valencia orange on trifoliate orange,citrange and tanerine stocks were measured and their change patterns during root growing period were studied.The change of CEC in the root system of trifoliate orange showed a double-peak curve while a single-peak curve appeared for that of citrange.In the second root growing period,which regularly occurs in June,the CEC of trifoliate orange was singificantly lower than that of citrange or tangerine.For all the three root stocks studied,higher root vitality was recorded in July and August.Root volume appeared to be greater in late(September-October)than in early growing period.Higher water content was observed in July-August,when dog days are frequent.
