猪瘟E2亚单位疫苗和猪口蹄疫O型/A型二价灭活疫苗联合免疫的临床评价

摘    要:在非洲猪瘟成为常态化的背景下,疫苗的联合使用可有效优化、重构猪群的免疫程序,在保证防控重大疫病的前提下,减少猪群免疫负担和应激,降低免疫苗时感染非洲猪瘟的风险。为此,本研究用猪瘟E2亚单位疫苗和猪口蹄疫O型/A型二价灭活疫苗在实验室进行混合,测试了其物理性状,并在田间进行了安全性、有效性的临床研究。研究结果表明,2种疫苗按不同比例混合后呈剂型与占比较大的疫苗剂型相同,黏度、通针性均优于猪瘟E2亚单位疫苗,在2~8℃保存7天后,疫苗均一、稳定,未见分层,离心后无水相析出;采用间隔免疫、同步分点注射、同步混合注射的方式免疫试验猪均未引起免疫副反应,同步混合注射的免疫效果优于其他试验组,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),未见免疫干扰现象。本研究证实猪瘟E2亚单位疫苗和猪口蹄疫O型/A型二价灭活疫苗可同步混合免疫,不仅安全有效,而且降低了猪群免疫负担和兽医免疫劳动强度,适合在临床中大面积推广应用。

Abstract:Under the conditions of long-lasting prevalent of African swine fever(ASF)in China,the combined use of vaccines can effectively optimize and reconstruct the immunization program of the herd,reduce the immune burden,stress of the herd,and the risk of infections with ASF under the premise of ensuring prevention and control of major epidemics.In this study,we used the Classical Swine Fever E2 subunit vaccine and inactivated Foot-Mouth-Disease O/A vaccine mixed in the laboratory,tested its physical properties,and conducted a clinical study on safety and effectiveness in the field.The results showed that the two vaccines were mixed in different proportions and the dosage form was the same as the larger vaccine dosage form.The viscosity and the needle-to-needle ratio were better than the E2 subunit vaccine of piglets.After 7 days of storage at 2-8℃,the vaccine was uniform,stable and no stratification was observed.No water phase was precipitated after centrifugation.The experimental pigs were not immunologically side-effected by interval immunization,simultaneous point injection,and simultaneous mixed injection.The immune effect was not significantly different,and no immune interference was observed.This study confirmed that the E2 subunit vaccine and FMD O/A type vaccine can be combined and immunized simultaneously,which was not only safety and effective,but also labor-and time-saving,which was suitable for large scale application in the field to prevent and control of CSF and FMD under the conditions of ASF epidemic.
