淹水胁迫对不同基因型东方杉幼苗生理生化的影响

摘    要:以东方杉不同基因型DFS 01和DFS 02的一年生容器苗为材料,研究淹水胁迫下杉苗木的生理生化响应。结果表明:经过90 d的水淹处理,2种基因型苗木的叶绿素、POD呈下降趋势,MDA含量和质膜透性总体上呈增长趋势,表明淹水胁迫对2种基因型造成了伤害并随时间的延长而加剧;SOD与对照相比表现为上升趋势,水淹下SOD活性对植物抵御胁迫发挥了重要的保护作用。东方杉DFS 01和DFS 02的脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量在淹水前期升高然后逐渐下降,可溶性蛋白均呈上升趋势。淹水90 d时,2种基因型之间叶绿素含量、POD活性、MDA含量差异较小,DFS 02的相对电导率高于DFS 01,而DFS 02的脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、可溶性蛋白含量以及可溶性糖的增幅都高于DFS 01。表明2种基因型东方杉苗木都有较强的耐淹能力,且DFS 02比DFS 01更耐淹。

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical responses of hybrids of Taxodium mucronatum×Cryptomera fortunei under flooding stress were studied using the annual container seedlings of the hybrids with different genotypes DFS 01 and DFS 02.The results showed that the chlorophyll content and POD activity decreased in both two genotypes of seedlings after 90 days of submergence treatment,while the MDA content and plasma membrane permeability showed an overall increasing trend,indicating that flooding stress caused damage to the two genotypes and intensified with the extension of time.The activity of SOD in treated group showed an upward trend compared with the control one,and SOD activity under submergence treatment played an important role in protecting plants against stress.In addition,the proline content and soluble sugar in DFS 01 and DFS 02 increased in the early period of flooding stress and then gradually decreased,while the soluble protein showed a continuously increasing trend.There were no significant differences in chlorophyll content,POD activity and MDA content between the two genotypes at 90 days after flooding stress.Also,the relative conductivity of DFS 02 was higher than that of DFS 01,while the amplification of proline content,SOD activity,soluble protein and soluble sugar content of DFS 02 were higher than those of DFS 01,which indicated both genotypes of seedlings had a strong ability to withstand flooding and DFS 02 was more resistant to flooding than DFS 01.
