| 摘 要： | 目的]研究不同水分、氮肥处理下水稻叶片含水率、水稻叶片氮含量的变化特征。方法]对水稻进行无土栽培,按施水量和施氮量进行交叉培育实验,在各个生育期,采用Bran+Luebbe AA3流动分析仪测定叶片含氮量,采用烘干称重法测量含水率。结果]交叉试验可以培育出不同含水率含氮率的水稻样本,阐明了在各生育期水稻含水、含氮量随施水、氮肥量变化而变化的情况。结论]试验为水稻叶片含氮率、含水率的无损检测研究提供了实验样本。
