摘    要:为了筛选出鲜食葡萄成熟期最佳灌溉量,防止灌水和控水走向极端化,在设施栽培条件下研究了不同灌水量对葡萄生长环境、品质和产量的影响。结果表明:不同处理中灌水量90m3/667m2的葡萄生长环境因子、内在品质指标和产量居中,但外观品质色泽深红、着色均匀,果粉浓厚、分布均匀,在销售中招人喜欢,综合评价第一,其可溶性固形物含量和Vc含量可达16.67%和148.58μg/g,较对照(CK)分别提高了50.04%和22.23%,可滴定酸含量和产量为0.21%和2081.90 kg/667m2,较对照(CK)分别降低了57.14%和5.56%。品质指标差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),产量差异未达到显著水平(<0.05)。

Abstract:In order to screen optimum irrigation quantity of fresh grape in mature period,prevent irrigation and control to the extreme,the effects of different irrigation quantity on growing environment,quality and yield were studied in greenhouse.The result showed that the growing environment factors,internal quality index and yield of irrigation quantity 90^m3/667m^2 were on medium position in all treatments,and the external quality color was deep red and uniform,fruit power was deep thick and uniform,which were enjoyed by purchasers on sales,comprehensive evaluation was the first,whose soluble solid content and Vc content were 16.67% and 148.58μg/g,which were increased 50.04%and 22.23% compare to CK,the titration acid content and yield were 0.21% and 2081.90 kg/667m^2,which were decreased 57.14% and 5.56%,the difference of quality index reached a very significant level(P<0.01),the different of yield did not reached a significant level(P<0.05).
