| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】对民宿类共享经济行业进行分析,以期对该行业的发展提出可行性建议。【方法/过程】通过对民宿行业共享经济的现状与存在的问题进行分析,提出民宿类共享经济的发展对策。【结果/结论】研究显示,民宿发展存在数据共享运营机制不畅、相关法律法规和监管体系不健全、社区关系问题凸显、缺乏有效监管的问题,提出通过整合民宿资讯,建立征信体系、制定本土行业战略、明确监管责任、节约经营成本、拓宽产业盈利模式等方式助力民宿行业共享经济持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | 【Objective/Meaning】The sharing economy industry of home stay facilities was analyzed in order to put forward feasible suggestions for the development of the industry.【Methods/Procedures】By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of sharing economy in home stay industry,the development countermeasures of the sharing economy of home stay facilities were put forward.【Results/Conclusions】The research showed that there were some problems in the development of home stay facilities,such as poor operation mechanism of data sharing,unsound relevant laws,regulations and supervision system,prominent problems in community relations and lack of effective supervision.Therefore,the countermeasures were proposed including integrating homestay information,establishing a credit investigation system,formulating local industry strategies,clarifying regulatory responsibilities,saving operating costs and expanding industrial profit models,thus to help the sharing economy of home stay facilities develop in a sustainable and healthy way. |
