光皮树优株遗传多样性的等位酶研究

摘    要:采用等位酶分析技术对16株光皮树优株的遗传多样性进行研究。4种等位酶系统共检测到11个基因位点,其中9个位点为多态位点。光皮树优株多态位点的百分率P为81.82%,每位点平均等位基因数A为2.55,基因流Nm平均值为0.470。光皮树优株间的遗传一致度Ⅰ均值为0.756,其变化范围是0.595~0.959;遗传距离D均值为0.287,变化范围是0.065~0.519。遗传参数表明光皮树优株间存在一定程度的变异,具有较高的遗传多样性。

Allozyme Analysis on Genetic Diversity in Plus Trees of Swida wilsoniana

Abstract:The genetic diversity of sixteen plus trees of Comus wilsoniana was assessed using allozyme analysis. Eleven loci were detected, among which nine loci were polymorphic. The percentage of polymorphic loci (P) was 81.82%. The average number of alleles per locus (A) was 2.55, and the gene flow (Nm) was 0.470. The genetic identity (I) was ranged from 0.595 to 0.939, and the mean value was 0.756. The genetic distance (D) was ranged from 0.063 to 0.519, and the mean value was 0.287. According to the hereditary parameters, the genetic diversity of Comus wilsoniana was high among the plus trees.
