特青迟心4号菜薹核基因雄性不育系的选育

摘    要:以耐热大白菜核基因雄性不育通过3代回交转育成的雄性不育系Z49A为不育源,特青迟心4号菜薹为轮回父本,根据"复等位基因遗传假说"设计回交转育方案,经过4个世代的回交转育,获得新的晚熟菜薹核基因雄性不育系及其相应的甲型"两用系"和临时保持系。该不育系结荚能力强,不育度和不育率均达到100%。

Abstract:A genetic male sterile lines obtained through 3 generations of backccross.A heat-resistant Chinese cabbage Z49A was used as a donor of male sterility and a flowering Chinese cabbage variety Teqingchixin 4 as recurrent parent,and a backcross procedure for transferring genetic male sterile was designed based on the multiple allele hypothesis of genetic male sterility.New AB line type,new male sterile lines and their corresponding temporary maintainer lines of flowering Chinese cabbage were obtained after 4 ge...
