| 摘 要： | 目的]大花蕙兰快速繁殖体系的建立。方法]以茎尖和带有侧芽的茎段作为外植体，研究不同培养基对大花蕙兰原球茎诱导和增殖的影响。结果]结果表明，大花蕙兰茎尖的原球茎诱导率高于侧芽，原球茎诱导的培养基为1／2MS＋2．0mg／L6-BA＋0．2mg／LNAA＋1．0％芦荟汁；原球茎增殖培养基为1／2MS＋2．0mg／L6-BA＋0．2mg／LNAA＋150g／L香蕉泥＋1．0％芦荟汁；“井”字形切割（底部不分开）是原球茎增殖较为理想的切割方式。结论]该研究结果可为建立大花蕙兰大规模工厂化育苗体系提供依据。
