| 摘 要： | 绵羊多胎品种中的小尾寒羊和湖羊是我国优秀的地方绵羊品种,也是我国独特的绵羊遗传育种资源.国外主要有Brooroola羊、冰岛羊、爪洼羊、剑桥羊等多胎品种.目前,遗传育种研究者大多通过分子标记和候选基因的方法寻找影响绵羊多胎的主效基因,现就绵羊多胎基因的BMPR-IB,BMP15的研究现状进行综述. |

| Abstract: | Han Sheep with small tail and Hu Sheep are the excellent sheep breeds in China with the characteristic of multiple embryos, which are the special resources for sheep genetic breeding.The sheep of multiple embryos in other countries are mainly Brooroola,Woodlands Thoka and Cambridge.At present,most methods of molecular markers and candidate genes are used to find the major genes.The present situation of research of BMRP-IB and BMP15 genes are summarized. |
