| 摘 要： | 对安徽省某鸡场 2 0 0份粪样采用金胺 -酚改良抗酸染色法进行隐孢子虫感染情况调查 ,结果表明 ,肉鸡感染率为19.4 % (35 / 180 ) ,肉种鸡感染率为 2 0 .0 % (4/ 2 0 )。所获虫体经鉴定为火鸡隐孢子虫 (Cryptosporidium meleagridis)。经卡方检验 ,肉鸡和肉种鸡隐孢子虫感染率间差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )

| Abstract: | Two hundred fecal specimens from a private chicken farm in Anhui province were examined with auramine phenol and modified acid fast staining method,The result indicated that the infectious rate of Cryptosporidium in meat chicken was 19 4%(35 specimens out of 180),and the infectious rate of Cryptosporidium in meat breeding chicken was 20 0%(4 specimens out of 20).They were confirmed to be Cryptosporidium meleagridis.There was a non significant difference between them by Chi square experiments(P>0 05). |
