| 摘 要： | 文中通过构建低碳经济发展水平评价指标体系,分别从低碳产出指标、低碳排放指标、低碳消费指标、低碳资源指标、人民生活五个方面计算并评价了陕西省低碳经济发展水平,并和全国平均水平进行对比。结果表明:和全国平均水平相对比,陕西省低碳经济发展水平较低。其主要评价指标单位碳排放产出、零碳能源比重、人均零碳能源消费量、单位能源产出、单位工业增加值能耗、能源加工转换效率等指标与全国相比较,均有较大的差距。目前,陕西省发展低碳经济的关键是优化产业结构、工业内部结构和能源消费结构;大力发展清洁能源,培育新型产业;以技术进步提高能源效率,降低碳排放总量,实现陕西经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This article calculated and evaluated the development of low-carbon economy of Shaanxi Province and compared the national average,and built a low-carbon economic development evaluation index system,from the output indicators of the low-carbon,low carbon emission targets,carbon consumption index,low-carbon resource indicators,respectively.The results showed that the Shaanxi Province is in the low level of low-carbon economy comparing to the national average.The main evaluation unit of carbon emission output,the proportion of zero-carbon energy sources,the zero carbon energy consumption per capita,energy output per unit,energy consumption per unit of industrial added value,efficiency of energy conversion have a larger gap compared with the country.At present,for Shaanxi Province,the key to the development of low-carbon economy is to optimize the industrial structure,the internal industrial structure and energy consumption structure,to develop clean energy,cultivate new industries,to improve energy efficiency by technological progress and reduce carbon emissions. |
