| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化建设的不断推进以及电力工业发展,电力电缆在10kV配电网的建设与改造中得到更多的应用,同时,为提高城市电网的供电可靠性和电能质量,"多供一备"的环网接线方式越来越多的被采用.但"多供一备"馈线组的出现,也带来了热备用电缆充电无功功率的补偿问题,需要引起足够的重视.

| Abstract: | With China’s urbanization construction the advancement and electric power industry development,power cable consumers 10kV power distribution network in the construction and retrofit get more applications,at the same time,to improve the power supply reliability and the city grid power quality,"a prepared" for the ring network wiring way more and more used.But more than a prepared "for" the emergence of feeder group,also brought hot spare cables charging reactive power compensation problem,need to cause enough attention. |
