| 摘 要： | 以中华芦荟叶片为外植体,研究不同取材方式和不同激素配比对愈伤组织诱导的影响。实验结果表明,叶片中上部外植体优于叶基部外植体,叶片中上部外植体的3种取材方式中,带有少量叶肉细胞的表皮细胞层是愈伤组织诱导的最佳外植体;MS+BA 3.5mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.2 mg/L+KT 0.5 mg/L是最适的愈伤组织诱导培养基,其愈伤组织诱导率达91.7%,且愈伤组织生长良好。

| Abstract: | The effect of diffetent treatment of leave explant and different concentraction of plant hormones on callus induction of Aloe vera L. var. ehinensis was studied. Results showed that the upper parts of leaves was better than the leaf base explant and the epidermis with little mesophyll cells was the best. The suitable medium for callus induction was MS ＋ BA3.5mg/L ＋ NAA1.0 mg/L ＋ 2,4 - DO. 2 mg/L ＋ KT0.5 mg/L,the induction rate was 91.7% and the callus grew well. |
