| Abstract: | The application of Expert System has obvious effect of raising scientific and technological level in construction and management of a water saving irrigation project. Through analyzing the main factors influencing selection of irrigation techniques for an irrigation project, the structural form and system program frame of the Expert System for irrigation techniques selection are put forward, which lays wires fully for final construction of irrigation project planning and management Expert System. |
