贵州杂交绵羊体重体尺及血液生化指标测定与分析

摘    要:为研究贵州杂交绵羊生长发育情况及其对当地生态环境的适应能力,对贵州杂交绵羊的体重体尺、血液生化指标进行了测定与分析。结果表明,贵州杂交绵羊生长速度快,成年公羊平均体重为81.60 kg,成年母羊平均体重为64.01 kg;贵州杂交绵羊部分血液生化指标在不同年龄段之间存在显著(P0.05)或极显著(P0.01)的差异;贵州杂交绵羊体重体尺之间均存在着极显著正相关(P0.01),而血液生化指标之间存在显著相关的指标较少,仅ALB与TG之间存在着显著正相关(P0.05),ALB与Ca、Ca与TG之间存在着极显著正相关(P0.01)。对比研究发现,贵州杂交绵羊生长发育快、对当地生态环境的适应能力强,继续选育提高有望培育成优良肉羊品种。

Abstract:To study the growth and development and adaptive capacity of Guizhou hybrid sheep, we measured and analyzed their body weight, body sizes, and blood biochemical indexes. The results showed that Guizhou hybrid sheep grew fast. The average body weight of the adult ram and ewe was 81.60 kg and 64.01 kg, respectively. The difference in partial blood biochemical indexes among different age groups was significant (P<0.05) or extremely significant (P<0.01). There was an extremely significant positive correlation between body weight and body sizes (P<0.01), while significant correlation in blood biochemical indexes was less and only a significant positive correlation between ALB and TG (P<0.05) and an extremely significant positive correlation between ALB and Ca and Ca and TG (P<0.01) were observed. According to the comparative study, Guizhou hybrid sheep grow fast and are well adapted to the local ecotope and can be an excellent breed for sheep improvement.
