人工调节杂交水稻不育系花时的研究进展

摘    要:不育系的花时特性如始花期迟、同穗颖花间开花分散度大、闭颖率高等不利于异交的特性,是制约制种产量的核心因素.近年来,国内外已有不少学者对水稻开颖机理和不育系花时的人工调控进行了探索,在水稻穗部的形态结构、生理与颖花开放的关系,温度与CO2等外因促进颖花开放的效果,人工喷施"920"、茉莉酸甲脂、赶露水和外施肥料调节不育系花时等方面的研究进展尤为明显.未来研究的重点应放在茉莉酸甲脂调花的机理及其与其他调花技术的关系、调花技术的实用化等方面.

Abstract:Delay in the initiation of flowering in each day,no obvious peak of flowering in the florets of a same panicle and some pollinations without the opening of the florets are the characteristics of the CMS line of hybrid rice,which are disadvantageous to outcrossing for seed production of hybrid rice.Some advances have been made in the mechanism of the floret opening and the artificial controlling of the timing of flowering in CMS line for seed production in hybrid rice,such as in anatomical and physiological feathers of the floret,as well as in its relationship with floret opening,the environmental factors such as temperature and CO2 in regulating the opening of florets,the effects of spraying "920",methyl jasmonate(MeJA) and minerals(or fertilizers) and extinguishing of dew on the leaves in each early morning in the field for seed production.The future research should be focused on the mechanism of MeJA in regulating the flowering time of the CMS line and its relation with the other regulation techniques,as well as the implementation of the techniques into the practice of the hybrid rice seed production.
