| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法对乳酸菌脱脂奶发酵液中的共轭亚油酸（CLA）进行定量分析,建立共轭亚油酸紫外标准曲线,并采用气相色谱（GC法）分析法进行验证.

| Abstract: | Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is used to quantificationally analyze conjugated linoleic acid extracted from SKM medium by fermentation with lactic acid bacteria. A Ultraviolet standard curve is established and validated by gas chromatography. |
