灰关联熵在长江中游杂交油菜新品种选育中的应用

摘    要:运用灰关联熵分析方法,对11个2017—2018年度长江中游区国家油菜新品种的农艺性状与单株产量的灰关联熵进行分析。结果表明,各性状与单株产量的熵关联度为:硫苷0.979 3,菌核病发病率0.980 8,菌核病发病指数0.980 6,株高0.986 3,有效分枝数0.973 4,单株有效角数0.987 6,角粒数0.984 8,千粒重0.980 7,单株产量0.989 4;熵关联顺序为:单株产量、单株有效角数、株高、角粒数、菌核病发病率、千粒重、菌核病发病指数、硫苷、有效分枝数。

Application of Grey Relational Entropy in Breeding of New Hybrid Rape Varieties in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

Abstract:Grey relation entropy analysis was carried out on the yields and correlated characters of 11 national rape new varieties in the middle reaches of Yangtze River from 2017 to 2018.The results indicated the entropy relation grade between each character and yield.The glucosinolate was 0.9793,the incidence of sclerotinia was 0.9808,the index of sclerotinia was 0.9806,the plant height was 0.9863,the effective branch number was 0.9734,the effective pod number per plant was 0.9876,the seed number per pod was 0.9848,the 1000-grain weight was 0.9807,and the yield per plant was 0.9894.The entropy relation order was yield per plant,effective pod number per plant,plant height,seed number per pod,incidence of sclerotinia,1000-grain weight,index of sclerotinia,glucosinolate,effective branch number.Accordingly,the breeding direction of hybrid rapeseed varieties in the middle reaches of the Yangtze river can be determined.
