| 摘 要： | 分别利用RAPD和拮抗试验对4种鸡腿菇主要栽培菌株的亲缘关系进行分析。结果表明,两种方法所得的结论一致,由此证明拮抗试验和RAPD分析在鸡腿菇亲缘关系鉴定中真实可靠。

| Abstract: | Antagonistic effects and RAPD were experimented,respectively,in the analysis of the phylogenetic relationship of Cultivated Coprinus comatus strains. Comparing with the results,we found that they were in accordance with each other. The study indicated that antagonistic effect and RAPD were effective in identification of cultivated Coprinus comatus Strains. |
