平卧菊三七组培快繁研究

摘    要:以平卧菊三七茎段为外植体,对其进行增殖培养、生根培养和栽培试验,结果表明,增殖培养MS+6-BA 0.5~1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,增殖倍数可达4以上。生根培养1/2 MS+NAA 0.1~0.5 mg/L,生根率99%以上。掺15%河沙的红壤土作为栽培基质,生根苗移栽30 d后,苗高4 cm以上,成活率98%以上。

Abstract:Tissue culture and cultivation of the Gynura procumbens was tested with its stem used as explants, the result showed that the proliferation multiple is over 4, with the media MS + 6-BA 0.5 -1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L; rate of rooting up 99%, with the media 1/2 MS + NAA 0.1-0.5 mg/L; After 30 days, its height was over 4 cm, survival rate over 98%, when it is planted in the media of red earth mixed 15% sand.
