摘    要:为了研究羊耳菊种子的萌发特性,观察了不同基质、光照和温度等条件处理对羊耳菊种子萌发的影响.种子萌发试验的基质分别为纱布、滤纸及细河沙;光照条件分别为黑暗和自然光2种;萌发温度分别为10,15,20,25℃.结果表明:1)种子萌发最佳基质为细河沙;2)种子在光照条件下具有较高的萌发率;3)最适萌发温度为25℃,萌发率达53.75%.本研究可为羊耳菊资源利用提供科学依据.

Abstract:In order to study the seed germination characteristics of Inula cappa,the effects of different substrate,light and temperature conditions on the I.cappa seed germination were observed.Substrate of seed germination test was gauze,filter paper and fine river sand respectively;Light conditions were dark and light two conditions;Germination temperature is 10 ℃,15 ℃,20 ℃,25 ℃ respectively.The results showed that:1) the best substrate for seed germinating was fine river sand;2) the seeds under light showed better germination rate;3) the most suitable germination temperature is 25 ℃,germination rate can reach 53.75%.The present research would provide a scientific basis for I.cappa resource utilization.
