| 摘 要： | 本文采用几种不同的照明光线对不透明体标本（蠕须盾蚧虫）进行拍摄试验,探讨不透明体标本显微摄影时较理想的照明方法。从实验中得出,对不透明体标本可用透射光加单或双斜射光的照明方法拍摄,其效果较为理想,它可体现出物体的表面结构又有立体效果。根据所研究的目的和对象不同,还可以采用斜射光拍摄。它也可较清晰地体现物体的表面细节。斜射光可用一般的工作台灯代替,灯泡用乳白灯100W左右。
