| 摘 要： | 为落实科学发展观,实现可持续发展的需要,在分析人类生态学难以发展的经验与教训的基础上,提出并定义了防灾生态学,定义了有关的概念,阐明了设立防灾生态学的目的、意义、研究内容和学科性质。认为该学科在初创时期至少应包括3个方面的内容:一是理论研究;二是监测、评价、预报研究;三是自然灾害的生态学防治途径和技术研究。并提出了3个主要研究内容的基本纲要。

| Abstract: | In order to fulfill the idea of scientific development and realize the requirement of sustainable development,based on the analysis of experiences and lessons in Human Ecology development history,the concept of Disaster Prevention Ecology and other relevant concepts about it are introduced and defined,and the purposes,meanings,contents and characters of this subject are clarified in this paper.The authors point out that,in the initial stage of the development of the subject,it should includes three research aspects of theory study,study of observation,apraising and forecasting,and bio-ecological control measures.The basic outline about the three aspects of Disaster Prevention Ecology is also brought forward in this paper. |
