| 摘 要： | 为探讨江西省鄱阳县农村居民点布局的合理性,对布局的适宜性进行评价,提出布局优化对策,通过选取空间合理、结构合理、生产保障、生活便捷以及生态安全五类因素的13个因子构建农村居民点布局适宜性的评价指标体系,借助GIS空间分析与统计技术对各个评价指标进行单因素量化分析以及多因素综合评价,将鄱阳县农村居民点用地划分为适宜性好、适宜性较好、适宜性中等、适宜性较差和适宜性差5个等级,比例分别为22.22%、31.94%、28.25%、15.97%和1.62%。在评价结果的基础上分析各适宜性等级分布情况,区域内32个行政单位的总体适宜性较好,其中适宜性较好以上的乡镇中上游城乡、谢家滩镇、柘港乡、鄱阳镇、乐丰镇、凰岗镇、枧田街乡、古县渡镇和侯家岗乡面积较大;对于529个行政村,各个级别拥有行政村数量随着适宜性程度由好至差而逐渐减少,分别为176、167、131、44和11。同时针对不同适宜性等级提出农村居民点布局优化对策。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the rural residential layout rationality in Poyang County,Jiangxi Province,to evaluate the suitability of layout,and propose countermeasures of optimization.Thirteen factors of five groups including reasonable space,reasonable structure,production support,convenient life and ecological security were selected for constructing the index system.With the help of GIS spatial analysis and statistical techniques,analyzing single factor quantization and multi factor comprehensive evaluation.Divide the rural residential land into five grades:best suitability,better suitability,medium suitability,poor suitability and worst suitability,respectively 22.22%,31.94%,28.25%,15.97% and 1.62%.Analysis each suitable grade based on evaluation result,the region are good suitability on the whole about the 32 administrative units,among these,You Cheng xiang,Xie Jia Tan zhen,Zhe Gang xiang,Poyang zhen,Le Feng zhen,Huang Gang zhen,Jian Tian Jie xiang,Gu Xian Du zhen,Hou Jia Gang Xiang have larger area.About the 529 administrative villages,the numbers of each grade decreased gradually with decreasing suitability degree from good to poor,respectively 176,167,131,44 and 11.And put forward the Countermeasures of rural residential layout optimization according to different suitability level. |
