摘    要:为探索干旱区农业水土资源优化配置方法,以及为区域水土资源的开发利用提供科学参考,以科尔沁左翼后旗为例,以Arcgis为技术手段,采用限制因子法和综合评价法,建立评价指标体系,对其耕地和耕地后备资源进行评价;其次,基于评价结果,结合土地利用总体规划、整治规划,建立空间布局规则并设置不同利用条件下的水资源利用参数,最终构建了水资源约束条件下的耕地布局和水资源利用情景规划。对现状和情景规划对比分析,结果表明,水资源总量约束条件下,通过调整耕地布局和优化利用结构,情景规划可提高粮食产量和农业水土资源产出效率。本研究提出的情景规划方法可应用于县域种植业布局优化、土地整治规划。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to explore the optimal allocation method of agricultural water and soil resources in arid area and provide scientific references for the exploitation and utilization of regional water and soil resources.Firstly,by taking Kezuohou Banner as an example and using means of ARGGIS,the evaluation index system was established by the limiting factor method and the comprehensive evaluation method,and an evaluation on cultivated land and reserve resources of cultivated land was then conducted.Secondly,based on the evaluation results and combination of the overall land use planning and land renovation planning,rules of spatial layout were established and parameters of water-use of different utilization conditions were set.Spatial distribution of cultivated land and water-use planning of scenario planning under the constraints of water resources were constructed.According to current situation analysis and scenario planning,this study showed that:Under the constraints of water resources,the scenario planning can improve the productivity of grain production and agricultural water and soil resources production efficiency by adjusting the layout of cultivated land and optimizing the utilization of structure;The scenario planning method proposed in this study can be applied to the optimization of layout of the county''s planting industry,and the land renovation planning.
