| 摘 要： | 当前制约河南省优质专用小麦发展的主要因素有:人们的观念意识、政府的产业政策、品种的培育宣传和技术的推广普及。“十五”期间河南省发展优质专用小麦的主要策略是:确定发展方向,制定发展规划;加强组织协调,搞好产销衔接;制定优惠政策,发挥市场作用;实行区域种植,搞好区划布局;选育优良品种,推广先进技术。 |

| Abstract: | The main factors that restrict the development of the high-quality wheat used for special purpose in Henan province are the sense of the people, the agricultural policy of the government, the effect of breeding and publicizing the new varieties and the effect of spreading the advanced cultivation technology. The main strategies to develop Henan high-quality wheat used for special purpose are to determine the developing direction; to work out the programme; to connect the produc-tion with sales;to handle the relations between the policy and the market;to grow the wheat in the suitable areas; to breed the new varieties and to spread the advanced cultivation technology. |
