β~肾上腺能兴奋剂对不同日粮蛋白质、蛋氨酸水平下肉鸭生长及胴体品质的影响

摘    要:用121只天府肉鸭,在蛋白质水平为15%、17%(添加0、0.21%蛋氨酸)和15%日粮中分别添加0、0.5、1ppm苯甲醇胺进行饲喂,测定21至42日龄鸭生产性能和胴体品质,探讨了不同饲粮条件下添加苯甲醇胺的效果。结果表明,添加1ppm苯甲醇胺鸭只的增重、42日龄屠宰率、胸腿肌率及鸭体蛋白、水分含量在17%,15%CP和0.21%met组显著高于0ppm对照(P<0.05—0.01),而腹脂率肌胃重及体脂含量显著降低(P<0.05—0.01)而20%cp及0%met组添加苯甲醇胺对增重、体成分无显著影响。

Abstract:21 to 42 day old Crassbred duckling (121, Tian Fu) Were fed on corn soykean meal diet in whick β—agonist Clenbuteral were provided at 0 (C), 0.5 (T_1) and 1 (T_2) ppm with proteint of 15% (L) and 17% (M, Suppleumented with or without0.21%Met indiet),and 0 (C), 1 ppm ( T) with CP20%,Live weight was measured weekly on the 21st and 42nd day, four Birds on each—occasion were killed for the dater mentation of the carcass quality and deposition of protein and fat.The results showed that β—agonist clenbuterol caused a significant increase in gain of duckings at 42—d—old in growps of L and M protein (P<0.05), There were no differences in ducklings fed on the diet of CP 20% and T_2 in O Met. The percentage of carcass yield, breast meat and thigh in treated carcass were significantly higher (P<0.01) and the percentage of fat of abdoman and weight of bizza were lower (P<0.05) than the conirols9 The moisture percentage and protein significantly higher (P<0.01) with β—agonist clenbuterol and lipid percentage dicreased (P<0.05) in the treated group than that in controls.These effects were not found in the diet of CP 20%. It could be concluded that the effects of in creassing in gain, deposition of protcin and fat caused by β—agonist clenbuterol were in fluenced by protein and Met in diet, and the effects of increassing in breast and thigh may not be in fluenced by them.
