| 摘 要： | 为探讨转双价基因毛白杨光合特性与规律,以4个转rolB-pttGA20ox双价基因毛白杨株系和1个对照株系PT-16的1 a生盆栽苗为材料,采用Li-6400光合测定系统对其光合作用指标进行测定,并分析光合特性与苗木生长的相关性。结果表明:转基因株系与对照株系的净光合速率-光响应曲线变化趋势相似,其中3个转基因株系RG-1、RG-3和RG-4在各个光有效辐射下的净光合速率均高于对照;转基因株系的光补偿点均低于对照,RG-3和RG-4的光饱和点高于对照;株系间瞬时净光合速率差异显著,其中RG-4最高;转基因毛白杨株系净光合速率与地径显著相关,与苗高相关不显著。
