摘    要:应用AFLP技术对21个不同产地的绿竹遗传多样性进行了研究。结果显示:所用20对选择性引物组合对样品的扩增PCR产物均得到了清晰的条带,对条带的分析表明21个不同产地的绿竹之问多态性位点很少,由此证明所选绿竹样品之间的遗传多样性水平较低。

Abstract:AFLP technology was employed to study the genetic diversity of Dendrocalamopsis oldhamii from 21 different provenances. About 20 primer pairs for selection were used to amplify the genomic DNA from 21 provenances, and the products of PCR were segregated by 6% denatured polyacrylamide gel and silver stained for AFLP analysis. The results showed there was little polymorphism among individuals from different provenances, indicating that the genetic diversity of selected samples of D. oldhamii was very low.
