新型缝隙式小麦气吸排种器的设计

摘    要:针对圆管孔眼式小麦气吸排种器的孔眼易堵塞和种子易破损的问题,设计开发了一种新型缝隙式小麦气吸排种器。该排种器采用了缝隙吸种,缝隙宽度为0.25~0.35mm,种子在吸力作用下沿缝隙周向排列,随着排种器的转动被连续排出,实现了均匀播种,播种均匀性变异系数为36%;采用了插入缝隙的投种片排种,缝隙不会堵塞,种子不易破损。田间试验表明:该排种器有效地解决了排种器的孔眼易堵塞和种子易破损等问题,工作可靠,为小麦等小粒作物的精密播种提供了技术支持。

Abstract:A new slit-style wheat air-suction metering device was introduced. On the one hand this equipment adopts the slit-style structure, which width ranges from 0.25mm to 0.35mm, attracting seeds in order to make the seeds ordered along the slit and realizes to sow the seeds continuously and evenly under the action of suction, on the other hand due to using the sheet structure inserted into the slit for allocating seeds, the slit can not be plugged.
