| 摘 要： | 对4个规模化猪场不同日龄发病猪进行了病原学、毒力及毒素测定,并结合临床综合诊断确定为猪魏氏梭菌病。按细菌质粒特点对细菌分型作相关研究,但利用常规的质粒提取方法未能从所有参试菌株中提取到细菌质粒。说明对魏氏梭菌的质粒提取方法还有待进一步探索。 |

| Abstract: | Clostridial enteritis of pigs with different ages was identified from 4 farms by the bacteriology,determination of the toxin and its pathogenicity as w ell as clinical signs.In addition,the attempt to typy the serutype of the isolat es by comparing the plas mids extracted from different is.late was conducted and no plasmid was extracted from all strains tested.It suggests that the plasmid e s traction methord for clostridium welchii should be furtherly developed. |
