| 摘 要： | 在研究农业科技成果分类体系、分类评价指标体系和评价管理体系的基础上,综合考虑系统的评价功能、数据(库)、评价动态信息储存和管理功能等,采用C#语言在Windows的IIS6.0支持下开发了农业科技成果分类评价网络信息系统。软件结构为基于WEB的C/S结构,可通过计算机互联网实施远程访问、管理和评价。介绍了该系统的结构、开发目标与特点、开发平台与方法及系统功能设计等。
