微波辅助提取石榴果渣中黄酮类物质的研究

摘    要:以乙醇作为溶剂,采用微波辅助提取石榴果渣中黄酮类物质。在单因素试验基础上,设计正交试验,研究微波功率、乙醇体积分数、料液比和提取时间对石榴果渣中黄酮类物质提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:微波功率600 W,乙醇体积分数90%,料液比1∶20,提取时间7 min,此条件下石榴果渣黄酮类物质提取率可达3.665%。

Abstract:Microwave-assisted extraction of flavonoids from pomegranate pomace is studied in the experiment.According to the single-factor experiments,four levels of the factors(microwave power,ethanol concentration,the ratio of ethanol to solid and extraction time) are selected for the orthogonal design.The results show that optimum extraction conditions are obtained as follows: microwave power is 600 W,ethanol concentration is 90%,the ratio of ethanol to solid is 1∶20,and extraction time is 7 min.Then the extraction rate of flavonoids is 3.665% under these conditions.
