摘    要:探讨了大量元素含量对我国主要栽培藤种黄藤、短叶省藤和单叶省藤组培增殖的影响,确定了各大量元素的适宜范围.以优化的配方进行多次继代培养后,抽取离体芽和培养基进行大量元素含量测定,评价配方的好坏和确定多次继代使用是否需要变换配方

Abstract:This paper deals with the impact of macro elements' concentration on in vitro proliferation of Daemonorops margaritae (Hance) Becc., Calamus egregius Burret, and C. simplicifolius wei which are important cultivated rattan species in China. The experiments were based on MS medium. The suitable ranges of macro elements' concentration for each species have been determined by the results. Cultured on the modified media for many times, the in vitro buds and media were sampled to determine the utilization ratio of elements, and the modified media are hence evaluated.
