| 摘 要： | 由于社会对学生的要求的新变化,迫切需要高校教师的教学职责与时俱进,实现相应的转变与拓展。高校专业课教师应承担起对学生的学业指导、就业和职业生涯规划指导、升学考研指导以及健康人格培养等新职责。
