定西地区小麦根部镰刀菌及其致病性研究

摘    要:在甘肃定西李家堡乡,采集200株具有根腐症状的的小麦植株,经分离得到镰刀菌42株.根据Booth C.系统鉴定,确定它们分别属于镰刀菌的6个种,以春小麦品种定西35号为材料对其致病性进行了测定,结果发现尖孢镰刀菌(F.oxysporium)和茄病镰刀菌(F.solani)对小麦幼苗有强致病作用,它们的分离频率分别为31.00%和21.43%;黄色镰刀菌(F.culmorum)、串珠镰刀菌(F.moniliforme)和木贼镰刀菌(F.equiseti)的致病性属于中等强度,分离频率分别为9.52%1、4.29%和16.67%;禾谷镰刀菌(F.graminearum)致病性弱,其分离频率约为7.14%.

Abstract:200 samples of wheat root rot had been collected from Lijiabao,Dingxi of Gansu Province.The results of isolation and identification by Booth C.system showed that there were 42 strains of Fusarium,belonging to 6 species including F.solani(21.43 %),F. oxysporium(31.0 %),F.equiseti(16.67 %),F.moniliforme(14.29 %),F.culmorum(9.52 %),F.graminearum(7.14 %).Then the pathgenicity were tested separately.
