| 摘 要： | 对龙津蕨的根、茎、叶、孢子囊等进行组织结构观察,对孢子进行电子显微镜扫描观察。研究结果表明：根为二原型。茎为网状中柱,维管束排成一环,木质部两端呈向内的弯勾状。叶柄基部为两个近似哑铃形的维管束,但在叶柄上部逐渐在远轴面连接成一个＂Ｖ＂形维管束,羽轴中也为＂Ｖ＂形维管束,但开口方向的两端明显呈弯勾状。叶片为同形叶肉细胞组成的较均匀的结构。孢子囊具有一条纵向环带。孢子具周壁,为四面体型,极面观为圆角三角形。

| Abstract: | The root,stem,leaf,sporangium et al.of Mesopteris tonkinensis (C. Chr)Ching.were observed in anatomy and the spores were observed by scanning electron mi croscopy.The research results showed that the root belongs to diarch. The rhizome is dic tyostele, the vascular bundles arrange in one ring. The both ends of xylem assume toward in ternal crook shape. There are two vascular bundles of alike to dumbbell shape in the base of petiole. But at the top of petiole, the vascular bundles gradually join in abaxial part so that assume "V" shape vascular bundles, however, in the both ends of adaxial part,assume more obvious crook shape. The lamina is more even structure of consists of the same kind mesophyll cell. The sporangium has longitudinal annulus.The spores posses perispore, belong to tetrahedral tetrad, polar view is rounded-triangle. |
